Damaged Package

If your package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please take photographs or videos of the package before opening it and during the unboxing process.

Failed Delivery

If the shipment is returned to us because of a failed delivery, the customer may be responsible for applicable re-shipping charges.
